Background
I received my B.Sc. degree in Control and Computer Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 1999, and M.Sc. degree in Computer and Information Science from Polytechnic University in 2002. Currently, I am working towards my Ph.D. degree at Polytechnic University. My research interests include data extraction and integration on the web, information retrieval, web search technology, distributed systems and also design and optimizations of network protocols for efficient content distribution.
