The Computer and Information Science Department at Polytechnic University is hosting a research
showcase where faculty members will present their research to interested
students and other members of the Polytechnic community. The event consists of
short informal presentations (from 5 to 10 minutes each) by faculty members about their work.
Coffee and cookies will be served before the start of the event.
The purpose of the event is to introduce new and current graduate and undergraduate
students to the research activities in the department. This is also a good
opportunity for students in the BS/MS and BS programs to learn about possible
topics for MS Theses and individual Senior Projects, or other chances to participate
in research at Poly. However, all members of the Polytechnic community are welcome
to attend. For any questions on this event, please contact Prof.
Torsten Suel
