Poly Gets Renewed Designation as Center of Excellence in Information Assurance Education

        Polytechnic University succeeded in renewing its designation as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance Education under strengthened evaluation criteria. The Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance Education (CAEIAE) program is administered by the National Security Agency, and students attending CAEIAE schools are eligible to apply for scholarships and grants through the Department of Defense Information Assurance Scholarship Program and the Federal Cyber Service Scholarship for Service Program (SFS). So far only 19 universities have met the new criteria, with Polytechnic being the only institution in the NYC tri-state area.
