Step 1. Prepare a protein sequence.

Step 2. Enter the title of the sequence in the title field on the web page.



Step 3. Enter the sequence of amino acids in the sequence window on the web page.
This can be done easily with the copy & paste command in the Edit menu.



Step 4. Press the Align button to see the results.



Step 5. Save the results from your web browser.
